Yes. You change plan whenever you like, up or down, as your business evolves. An upgrade applies right away; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: the month with monthly billing, the year with annual billing.

Nothing stops: your assistant keeps answering. From the first minute beyond your plan, a 100-minute pack at €12 is added to your invoice automatically, then a new pack for each further block of 100 minutes started; a pack's minutes stay available until the end of the current month. A text message beyond your plan is billed €0.20. You can also turn automatic packs off: your assistant then stops when your minutes are used up.

Yes. When your assistant transfers a call to you or a colleague, the transferred conversation counts like the rest of the call: both parts are added up, then counted per started minute, like any call. An unanswered transfer is not billed separately: the wait while it rings is part of the call, then the assistant takes the call back and takes a message. Active transfer rules: 1 with Solo, 3 with Team, 5 with Scale.

They keep your clients informed, whether you take appointments or not: appointment confirmation and reminder, acknowledgement of their request, or the link to your website when they ask for it. Mobile numbers only, never advertising.

1 with Solo, 3 with Team and 5 with Scale. Beyond that, the next call isn’t answered: it ends right away, and the caller’s number appears in your conversations so you can call them back. A conversation transferred to a colleague does not tie up your assistant: it stays free for the next call.

Not with monthly billing: you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the month already paid for. Annual billing is paid in one go for twelve months, with a 20% discount: you can also cancel it at any time, and it then stops when the paid year is over, with no refund for the remaining months.

The price shown is the price you pay: VAT does not apply. An invoice is issued with each payment, and all your invoices can be downloaded from your account, under Subscription.

Yes. Your account, contacts, appointments and transcripts are stored in Europe, in Frankfurt. Call audio is erased after 30 days, in accordance with GDPR safeguards.
