Your assistant books with the right person, based on their free slots and absences.
They access your calls, calendar and contacts based on their role.
As many as you like on the Team and Scale plans, with no extra cost per user. The Solo plan is designed for a single person: to invite a colleague, you switch to the Team plan from your account, at any time.
The administrator manages everything, team included, except billing. An editor without a calendar, a front desk for example, manages the assistants, the knowledge and the conversations. A team member with their own calendar sees the whole team’s calendar, but only changes their appointments, their absences and the assistant of their line. The viewer sees everything, without being able to change anything.
Yes. When you invite them, tick “Receive appointments”: they get their own calendar, and Tinos books the appointments that concern them there, based on their free slots and absences. In the Calendar, everyone sees the whole team and can filter by person.
Yes. Link a number to a team member: appointments booked on that line go to their calendar, and call summaries are sent to them. The number of included numbers depends on your plan.
Yes: the whole team works on the same conversations, the same calendar and the same contacts, and everyone only changes what their role allows. To know who handles which client, each contact card shows who follows them up.
No. As the account holder, you can neither be removed from the team nor have your role changed. An administrator only manages the other members, and nobody can change their own role.
No. The payment method and invoices are reserved for the account holder, even for an invited administrator. Only the account holder can change the plan or buy or cancel a number; your colleagues can see the current plan and the numbers in use, without access to payments.
You remove them from the team, you or an administrator, and their access to your account is cut immediately. Before their calendar is removed, their upcoming appointments are handed to a colleague, and their line becomes the main line again. Nothing is lost: conversations, appointments and contacts stay in your account. If they received your call notifications or transferred calls, also remember to remove their address or number from those settings.
Tinos answers your calls, qualifies requests and books your appointments 24/7 so that every opportunity is captured.
