Release notes

Updated in September 2026

What we shipped over the past months, in order, and what remains announced without being open. Everything listed as shipped is genuinely in service; the last section says what is announced but not open yet.

September 2026

This month focused on the security and compliance of the written channel, and on the precision of the voice assistant.

  • Objection to recording, live: a caller refusing to be recorded is honoured during the call, the audio is deleted and the conversation says so.
  • Retention clarified: automatic purge and anonymisation of conversations older than one year.
  • Customer text protected: an instruction or information entry trying to hijack your assistant is refused on save, with a message under the field.
  • Sign-in redesigned: Google or a six-digit e-mail code, with anti-bot protection.
  • Test call fixed on Safari: the assistant voice recovers its normal quality in the browser.
  • Overview redesigned: the All view now only adds up outcomes (appointments, handled requests, after-hours requests). A card flags opening hours that are not set.
  • Advanced tab simplified: fine speech and call settings are now set by Tinos to the best measured values. Words to recognize and Call playback remain; speech rate moves to General, in three steps.
  • Blocked numbers: a blocked number is refused before your assistant picks up, and is not billed to you. The list is managed from Contacts.
  • Exceptional closures: declared under Your hours, announced to your callers and excluded from appointment slots.
  • Ring time of your choice: in Connect my number, you decide how long your phone rings before Tinos picks up.
  • Greeting written by Tinos: on the phone, your assistant introduces itself with its first name and your company name, states that it is an artificial intelligence and that the call is recorded, then invites the caller to speak. The welcome line can no longer be set.

August 2026

The month of billing.

  • Complete Subscription page: payment method, invoices downloadable as PDF, management portal.
  • Per-minute overage: beyond the plan, each minute is billed on usage, with no bundle to buy.
  • Contacts on the database: real CSV import, records created automatically by the assistant, smart fields.
  • Appointment notifications included in every plan, plus the day-before reminder.

July 2026

The month the assistant went from prototype to real service.

  • First real calls: automatic provisioning of the assistant and the number.
  • Call forwarding: keep your current number, with a built-in verification test.
  • Complete calendar: public booking page, appointment types, availability, reminders and iCal subscription link.
  • Correction loop: flagging an answer in a transcript creates an instruction applied to your assistant.
  • Overview: comparison chart, outcome breakdown and a period selector aligned with the billing cycle.
  • Website in four languages: French, English, Spanish, German.

Announced, not open yet

We would rather say what is not ready than display it as available. These features are either visible in the product with an explicit note, or deliberately absent.

  • SIP connection: the screen is not offered until it is connected. Call forwarding covers the need.
  • PDF document upload: scanning your website replaces it for now.
